Recreational gymnastics Boys and Girls – Wednesdays from 5.30pm to 6.30pm
Recreational classes are a great starting point for kids from the age of 5, learning the basic skills, and apparatus of gymnastics in a circuit type set up and floor layout. We minimise waiting times at each apparatus with circuits of equipment, keeping the gymnasts moving and engaged. This class is great for beginners wanting to do a one hour weekly session. The apparatus includes Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor, Double mini tramp, Trampoline, and Air tumble track.
Each term for this program will have an end of term focus. Please keep week 10 of each term available to come along and watch the gymnasts perform!
